Event and Customer Experience
Taking the time to prepare participants for an upcoming adventure is key to running a smooth operation. Using Onx Offroad I preran the event mapping all major notable items such as stops for photos, bathroom breaks (with enough bushes), cattle sightings and more. This ensured a smooth run and provided trail leads with enough guidance to lead as if they have done this run before.
Customers apperricated the extra time and effort to make them feel equipped. Comms lessons were additionally given on live zoom call and in person to offer efficient communication to each group with no cell reception.
